Food Safety Report: Chipotle.

Sunday 10/25/15 my family and I ordered 4 burito bowls. My 11 year old son complained 4 hours after eating that he was sick followed by getting sick. My 4 year old daughter began vomiting 8 hours and I began getting sick 10 hours after. 3 of the 4 bowl had guacamole which is what we all threw up. Assuming the guac was bad but the one who didn't have guac did not get sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
