Chicken Bowl Painful Aftermath - Chipotle,

October 31 - got chicken burrito bowl and chips & guac. Ate it for late dinner, but the leftovers in the fridge. Stomach seemed a little off the next morning - but not too concerning. Then had leftovers late Saturday morning. Severe stomach cramping and nausea the rest of the day - no diarrhea - but worst stomach pains I've ever had in my life. Would have gone to the ER had I not been alone - there was no way I could have driven myself. | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Diarrhea
