Severe Illness Post-Chicken Bowl - Chipotle,

After about an hour and a half of consuming a chicken salad bowl from this location I became very weak, nauseated, and started surferring from severe stomach aches.

Around 3 hours after eating the meal I began vomitting uncontrollably and also experienced diarrhea.

This continued for over a 24 hour period, where anything I drank or ate was instantly regurgitated.

My symptoms lasted 48 hours, causing me to loose well over ten pounds of weight.

This greatly affected me since I depend on my physical well being for work since I am a PE teacher and high school wrestling coach.

I will no longer be a consumer of chipotle. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness, Stomach Pain
