My coworkers and I all went to Chipotle for lunch, within the hour we began to all feel sick, all weekend all three of us were ill and today tuesday the 18 we are still not well. We narrowed it down to four ingredients we all had in common, the lettuce, salsa, veggies, and guac. I am going to Dr. if the stomach pains and irritated bowels doesn't subside. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Stomach Pain
