Steak Burrito Illness Alert - Chipotle,

Went with some friends and none of them got sick but we all ate different things. I had a steak burrito with beans and rice. Within an hour I was vomiting and had diarrhea. Went to the doctor because of dehydration. Feeling better today but last 24 hours has been brutal. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration
