I went there for the Halloween promo yesterday. I got a chicken bowl and guac on the side. I have been vomiting since I ate this food. I also have a headache as well. Super dehydrated and weak. Will be going to ER.

11/02 Update: I have been vomiting, having diarrhea and extreme painful headache for 2 days now. I had to go to the ER. I am just now being released. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Dehydration, Weakness
