Severe Symptoms Post-Mexican Meal - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Houston Texas

Had this for dinner and woke up to extreme stomach cramps. Then came severe nausea and diarrhea along with the cramps. It's been absolutely terrible. At this point I'm only passing bright red blood and vomiting bile.
