Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache
Suspected source: Food - queso
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: 4 to 12 hours
Additional information: Normally okay. Order 03/17/2023 @ 9:30p, only ate half of the queso because something seemed off, had a weird piece of gray cartilage or possibly meat in it (did not eat), and went to bed feeling okay. Woke up with stomach cramps and nausea, and vomited twice within two hours. Queasiness is persistent. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache, Cramps
