I believe it was a chipotle burrito bowl I had Sunday evening. I woke up feeling sick on Monday morning. I had severe diarrhea throughout the whole day. I felt the nauseous all day, a bit dizzy. I even went through the trouble of taking a pregnancy test. Every time I ate something I would feel the urge to vomit and a lot of acid reflux. My stomach was sooo bloated and my stomach would churn no-stop and it was followed by more diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Dizziness, Acid reflux
