I purchased food at Chipotle Mexican Grill at 1625 Chestnut St, Philadelphia, PA 19103 after work the week of February 12th. I got very ill that evening with chills, bloating, projectile vomiting, diarrhea, fever. It lasted for about three to four days. My stomach was sensitive and bloated and I had a low grade fever. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Chills
