24 hours after eating at Chipotle on North Scottsdale Rd on Friday May 8th 2026, my husband and I came down with extreme abdominal cramps and diarrhea. I got over it quickly, but my husband was very sick with the gastrointestinal issues, chills, headache, and nausea which lasted over a week. He then started to experience tingling in his feet & hands and only got worse day by day. He is now in the hospital diagnosed with GBS induced from the infection from the Shiga E.Coli toxin. He is no longer able to walk and is having to do immunoglobulin therapy and will need to go to a long-term rehabilitation facility until he can walk again.| Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Gas
