I ate lunch at Chipotle on Thursday, 4/18. On Friday, 4/19 I started experiencing stomach aches and diarrhea. This led to vomitting and fever/chills. I'm reporting this on the evening of Saturday, 4/20 and still feel unwell. I eat at this exact Chipotle very often but I believe there may have been some issue with my order that caused me to get food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
