Wife and I both ate tacos around 3:00, hers with chicken and mine with steak. Around 8 I started to feel significant boating and some nausea. I had some diarrhea, and vomited around 4:30am with little relief. It is the following day around noon and I have continued to have severe bloating and stomach pain. I did feel feverish upon waking up. The steak was the only thing I ate differently than my wife the entire day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Bloating
