Food Poisoning, Severe Reaction - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Cypress Texas

11:05 4/5/22. Got home an hour later and had to lay down. I felt very nauseous and achy. 3 hours later is was much worse. I had to drive back to our other house (1hour away). Half way through the drive i had to pull over to projectile vomit. I had still not eaten anything up until this point. My wife had to come get me from the gas station and take me to the hospital. I had a 102 fever, body aches, chills, vomiting non stop. I was in a ton of pain. I could hardly walk, they had to wheel me into the room. After multiple blood tests and x-ray, the dr said it was most likely food poising. All the blood work came back good. The only thing it could have been he said was the restaurant | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Body Ache, Gas
