I was poisoned Sunday night. I’ve been in the hospital and I’ve been throwing up with diarrhea for four days now, it’s not ending. A cat scan revealed the poison. Chipotle has not been helpful at all. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Donatello’s 232 N. Dale Mabry November 18, 2022 Welcome to my world, it has been over 2 years trying to get this case resolved. I was a Project Manager for a multi million dollar custom home company here in South Tampa. My gallbladder had to be removed to gangrenous cholecystits. Had to voluntarily resign from my position due to not being able to keep up with the physical demands of my position. I currently on proton inhibitors and antacids and a special diet due to a condition called GERD. My life did a complete 180, this incident is a life changer.
