2 customers, suffered food poisoning symptoms, following consumption, restaurant's burrito bowls. Upon contacting restaurant, staff attempted to escalate & refer, in a rude manner, rather than refund transaction. Upon communication w/ Customer Incident Analysts, customer's representative was forced, reiterate occurrence, several times as if testimony, rather than address, rectify, & resolve the matter; claimed order(s) could not be found within POS records from date & time. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
