Chipotle Meal Causes Illness - Chipotle Mexican Grill, New York New York

Morning had the standard oatmeal and tea I usually have. I then went to Chipotle nearby the office to get something quick to eat. Roughly 3 hours later I had general weakness throughout my body along with a headache so I suspected food poisoning. As I was on my way home another two hours later I had an urge to vomit that I kept in and on the bus ride experienced a fever along with lightheadedness but did not vomit and fainted. After waking andissing my bus stop 2 stops later, I walked home and vomited. I then went to bed early evening to experience chills where my feet and hands were cold. I also had a headache that kept me from staying in an upright position along with diarrhea. The following day I experienced body aches. I did not eat since Chipotle for 32 hours. This occurred on Monday when ordering around 1 pm and today is Thursday and I still have a massive headache although my appetite returned yesterday. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Lightheaded, Loss of Appetite, Body Ache, Other, Weakness
