last week chipotle i got a burrito bowl with brown rice carnitas queso pico de gallo lettuce and cheese and within 45 minutes i was laying in bed shaking from the pain and ended up on the toilet for over an hour then when i thought i was done and left the bathroom threw up everywhere | Symptoms: Shaking, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
