On Monday, April 24 I had a Chicken Bowl at the Chipotle on Baum Blvd. It was around 6 or 7 PM. I got home and within about an hour or two I knew that something wasn't right. I started to experience sever nausea and after trying to fight it for about an hour I began to vomit uncontrollably. Shortly after that I began to uncontrollable diarrhea. This persisted throughout the entire night. This experience was completely agonizing and I do not want it to happen to anybody else. My friend told me today that the he had the exact same experience, at the same location, the night of the 25th. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
