Had chipotle on Thursday night by the morning I had diarrhea all day Friday and Saturday. Then nausea and server lower abdominal pain. By 3am Sunday I went to the ER with level 10 pain. Thought it was my appendix but doctors said food poisoning.... | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
