Had a burrito bowl for dinner. Didn’t feel well after so went straight to bed. Woke up with explosive diarrhea couldn’t go back to sleep. Was afraid that I was going to shit myself and now can’t go to work because I’ll s**t myself squatting into my car.

Had chipotle on Thursday night by the morning I had diarrhea all day Friday and Saturday. Then nausea and server lower abdominal pain. By 3am Sunday I went to the ER with level 10 pain. Thought it was my appendix but doctors said food poisoning....
