I had lunch at a Chipotle on July 3rd 2017 in Calabasas California, and couldn't leave my bed for 5 days

After going to the ER to treat my nonstop vomiting for 4 hours, I was in the hospital all night. I started throwing up blood because I had actually got an infection from throwing up so much.

I ate a chicken burrito with chips and guacomole.

I had to call and ambulance to pick me up because I couldnt stand up, the stomach cramps were so vicious.

After non stop cold sweats and treatment in hospital I finally stopped throwing up.

I was out of work for 5 days as I couldn't even stand up without getting dizzy and nautious

My friends, Family, and I will never be eating at a Chipotle again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Cramps, Sweating
