Started with chills and diarrhea. Progressed to severe chills and diarrhea that was basically cloudy water squirting out every 15 minutes. Woke up at 2am and violently vomited in the toilet 5 times . Had more diarrhea. More vomiting throughout the night. Feels like I have cramps in my intestines. Can't hardly drink anything without it coming right back up. I am freezing despite the house being 75 degrees. Running a mild fever even with tylenol. Came from the steak burrito there on Monday 11/22/21 around dinnertime. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Chills
