I may have to see a doctor. I had a chicken burrito bowl for lunch, and I'm sick - nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Something tasted horribly off, and I got a chunk of something with an odd texture that I had to spit out. I feel increasingly ill as time passes. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
