Was fully diagnosed on Thursday feb 17th, The only outside foods ourselves eaten is their chicken bowl Started feeling sick around 2 weeks ago sister and I went to get food. We don't eat out often chose to eat here. I've had symptoms since. Finally after I am also now suffering a uti I knew I was truly ill. I went to the dr and my results came back high levels of e coli | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
