I had chipotle yesterday around 2pm and by 10pm I was throwing up and had severe diarrhea. I could not sleep because my body started to hurt with back and abdomen pain. Even after 24 hours later I still have diarrhea and back pain. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
