finished a barbacoa burrito bowl around 6pm, got home and felt a bit off, took some ibuprofen. Felt stomach pain and general discomfort, by 8:00pm had chills and severe nausea. By 9pm I had the chills so bad I was shaking and vomited a few times. | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Chills, Shaking
