My boyfriend has been incredibly ill for the past 5 days and continues to receive care at credit valley hospital for the past 3 days. He ate a chicken burrito bowl. I called the store to advise them about his illness and the clerk responded with “k, I’ll tell the manager”. I have advised public health. My boyfriend is still on hospital still quite ill. The hospital has confirmed its an infection caused by food. It is the only thing he ate that day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other
