Was fine ate there got sick one hour later went to sleep woke up totally fine ate some different food got sick again went to sleep woke up felt better ate the the smallest amount of soup got sick again. Confusion/ foggy ness in head vomiting nausea. I have bearly ate anything in 3 days yet my stomach or intestines feel like there full or there’s pressure inside. Slept 12-16 hours for the past 2 days cause it hurts to be awake
