I had a chipotle bowl yesterday around 2 pm, at about 11 pm that night I had to be rushed to hospital for projectile vomiting, a high grade fever, as well as diarrhea and many other symptoms. The hospital diagnosed me with food poisoning, that was the only thing I ate that day, I have not been able to keep food down since.
