I went to grab food last night at Chipotle which had my regular order which I never have gotten sick from. After eating not even half of my bowl, I had extreme bowel issues and then proceeded to run to the sink after to puke multiple times. I had this occur another two times. My stomach is still in major pain this morning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
