Ate at Chipotle yesterday afternoon around 3p. Salad, carnita's, black beans, grilled veggies, nothing else. By 10pm, was nauseous, and had severe headache. Went to bed, woke up at 2am, sweating, and vomited 4 times. Woke up at 6am with severe diarrhea, and vomited 2 more times. Very weak right now. Haven't been able to keep anything down.
