Ordered a chicken bowl and burrito. Came home and ate and before I finished my meal had severe nausea, headache, and then cramps, followed by severe bouts of watery diarrhea. Could not sleep and up all night running to the toilet. Have not worked in 2 days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Headache, Cramps
