Ate chipotle Saturday afternoon, woke up at 4 am with a severe stomach pain, vomiting and severe diarrhea, Sunday morning I was not able to function I was dizzy, nauseous ,vomiting and had diarrhea all day fast forward today Wednesday 19 and still nauseous and with severe diarrhea that won't go away | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
