Ate a burrito sat evening June 30. Few hours later felt overwhelming fatigue. Woke up with fever, body aches and nausea. Later in the day the horrible belly cramps started, laying me out in the fetal position until around Tuesday. Cramps have slightly lessened in intensity but still experiencing diahrrea, can't eat and have hard time drinking. By Weds, cramps are still present. Doc took blood and urine and will report back tomorrow. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
