My son, wife, sons girlfriend, and myself bought bowls from the metuchen Chipotle and within an hour or 2 all of our stomachs started cramping son and his girlfriend vomited.

Chicken Bowl Causes Illness

Went on 6-17-19 around 3pm. Ordered a bowl with chicken, rice, corn , pico and lettuce. Came home ate. By 5 pm dozed off. Around 9 the room started spinning and felt light headed with a fever and started to vomit.

Ate a burrito sat evening June 30. Few hours later felt overwhelming fatigue. Woke up with fever, body aches and nausea. Later in the day the horrible belly cramps started, laying me out in the fetal position until around Tuesday. Cramps have slightly lessened in intensity but…
