Meu filho, minha esposa, a namorada do meu filho e eu compramos bowls no Chipotle de Metuchen e dentro de uma ou duas horas todos nós começamos a ter cólicas no estômago, meu filho e sua namorada vomitaram.

Went on 6-17-19 around 3pm. Ordered a bowl with chicken, rice, corn , pico and lettuce. Came home ate. By 5 pm dozed off. Around 9 the room started spinning and felt light headed with a fever and started to vomit.
