Carnitas Quesadilla Illness - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Longmont Colorado

Yesterday I purchased a carnitas quesadilla from this location. Within a couple hours I was hit with excruciating stomach pains, diarrhea, a 101.1 degree fever, aches and pains all over my body that made it difficult to get up, and proceeded to vomit every twenty minutes for the next 6 hours.

At first I thought that I may just have the stomach flu, but I haven’t thrown up since early this morning though I still have all of the other symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
