My husband went there for lunch on 3/14/2016 and ordered a steak burrito. One hour later complained of stomach cramps and then 2 hrs after that had diarrhea and vomiting . Went to ER Wednesday, they told him there was nothing they could do come back if it gets any worse. Went home still vomiting and diarrhea and dizzy couldn't sleep or eat or drink anything with out vomiting. Went back to ER Wednesday got blood work done and said they couldn't pin point food poisoning from Chipotle but they had 12 other people come in for the same symptoms of people who ate there ......huuuummmm told the ER to get the health dept there and they said we can not do that unless we knew for sure and we said that was the only place and the only thing he ate that Monday. He today is still sick. What ever NEVER GOING BACK EVER!!!!! The stomach cramps are so horrible... he said he would rather die than go through this pain! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Cramps, Stomach Pain
