Purchased a salad bowl with chicken. Their prices are rougly 8--10$ both me and girlfriend ate at this establishment. My girlfriend got guacomole and I did not. That night she didn't feel good. The next morning she began experiencing vomitting with some blood and fever with nausea effects. 24+ hrs after her rehydrating and sleeping. She has stopped vomitting and feels better. But had a small appetite. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
