I ordered Barbacoa and my partner ordered chicken, we both had the same toppings and rice and beans but I am sick with diarrhea, vomiting and dehydration. I became sick right after I finished eating but my partner did not. All we had to eat that day was Chiptole and my partner had it for dinner too, they are not sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
