Guacamole.  I got food delivered. After having the Guacamole I got really sick a short time later. I had horrific stomach pain, nausea, headache, chills and a low fever. It happened I got sick yesterday and am still sick after eating guacamole | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain
