Last week Chipotle, it was the only thing I had eaten that day Vegetarian bowl. There were sofritas (tofu), white rice, cheese, sour cream, hot salsa, queso and lettuce. Not sure which ingredients made me sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
