Repeat Chicken Bowl Illness - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Goodyear Arizona

My daughter was food poisoned on Monday January 14, 2019. She got a chicken bowl. Soon after eating she had horrible stomach pain followed by fever, diarrhea and vomiting. This in fact has been the 2nd time this happened. The first time we were not sure if that was the case. She had the exact same symptoms but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. This time we are sure that is was the food (chicken contaminated) because her symptoms were the same.
