I had a burrito bowl for lunch with barbacoa and all the toppings. later that evening i felt deathly ill fever, headache, body chills, nausea, diarrhea, dizziness and stomach pains. I know for a fact this was caused by Chipotles food because it was the only thing i ate all day. This has happened to me before with Chipotle and i swear i will never eat there again it not worth ending up at the hospital. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache, Dizziness, Chills, Stomach Pain
