Ate barbacoa salad bowl, appx. 4 hours later began presenting with diarrhea, fever chills and pain for two days, diarrhea persisted for 6 days until was hospitalized for dehydration. Prescribed antibiotics after intestinal catscan. IV antibiotics, fluids, and another week of Ab BID followed.
