Feb 9 2021 tues I ate beef chipotle around 4rish pm about half of it becuz i got full fast.next 2 hrs stomach felt heavy i felt tired and stomach was hurting.got home became nauseated and got the chills temp 101.0 and violently vomiited 3 times large amt of everything and projectile diarrhea at the same time. Horrific exorcist scene nd I had a fever of a hundred and one point zero. My neck and diaphragm hurts today and i am not going back to work for a few days. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Chills, Stomach Pain, Fever
