I purchased a meal yesterday during lunch, but later in the afternoon nausea progressively worsen with diarrhea and then and severe abdominal cramping. This was my only meal during lunch and afternoon. A left a guacamole taste is still lingering. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Diarrhea
