Ate at the Powell Ohio Chipolte on 7/29. I had a Chicken burrito bowl with no beans. Started to feel sick when I woke up. Stayed at work until 2pm. I had to leave because I have a fever, chills, nausea, rapid heart beat, muscle aches, abdominal pain and a headache. Will be glad when this is over. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain, Muscle Pain
