Salad, double steak at 5:44 PM. I have had serious stomach pains, headaches, dizziness with some puking. My boyfriend and I shared the food and has the same problems only can't keep water down... he was in the hospital for the night because it took 2 bags to rehydrate and 3 shots. I do not have insurance so I can't afford to cu o to the hospital. I am home from work sick again. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
